Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms apply when you use allinonemobiledetail.com or book a service with All-In-One Mobile Detail & Coatings LLC. By booking with us, you agree to them. If anything here conflicts with a written agreement or estimate we give you, that written agreement controls.

Quotes and pricing

• Prices on the site are "starting at" prices for a car. Each step up in vehicle size adds $20 for detailing packages and $50 for coatings, as shown on the site.
• Heavy soiling, pet hair, stains, sand, mold, biohazards or other unusual conditions can take more time and may change the price. We will tell you the final price and get your OK before we start.
• Prices on the site can change. The price we confirm with you for your booking is the price you pay.
• Boats, motorcycles, UTVs, golf carts, RVs, fleets and other jobs are quoted individually.

Discounts

Military members and first responders get $20 off a service. We may ask to see a valid ID. Unless we say otherwise, discounts can't be combined and have no cash value.

Mobile service requirements

• We need access to a working water spigot and a standard power outlet at your location.
• You must have the right to have the vehicle serviced at that location, and the spot must be reasonably safe and level for us to work.
• Please remove valuables, cash and personal items before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• If we can't access the vehicle, water or power at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule.

Shop services

Ceramic coatings and paint correction are done at our shop in Bumpass, Virginia. We share the address when you book and will tell you the drop-off and pickup times. Coatings need time to cure, so please follow the care instructions we give you.

Before we start

• Please tell us about any existing damage, aftermarket parts, wraps, repaints, loose trim or warning lights before we start.
• We look over the vehicle before we work and point out existing damage. Detailing can reveal problems that were hidden by dirt, such as scratches, chips, rust, stains or worn surfaces. We are not responsible for conditions that existed before our service.
• Some damage can't be fully removed. Paint correction improves the finish but can't remove scratches that go through the clear coat, and some stains and odors can't be fully removed.

Ceramic coatings

Coating life ratings come from the coating maker. How long a coating actually lasts depends on how the vehicle is washed, stored and driven, and on the weather. Ceramic coatings make paint easier to clean and help protect it, but they are not scratch-proof, chip-proof or a substitute for paint protection film.

Weather and rescheduling

Mobile exterior work can't be done safely in rain, high wind or extreme temperatures. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we will contact you to move your appointment to the next open day. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can.

Routine maintenance wash plans

• Plans start at $150 a month. We agree on the schedule, vehicles and price with you before your plan starts, and we will tell you clearly how and when you will be charged.
• Plans are month to month with no long-term contract.
• You can cancel at any time by calling, texting or emailing us at the contact details below. You don't need to give a reason, and there is no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation stops all future charges. Months that have already been paid for and serviced are not refunded.

Fleet washes

Fleet services follow the written estimate or agreement we send your business.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Gift cards

eGift Cards are sold and processed through Square and can be used toward our services. They are not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it, and they will not expire sooner than federal law allows.

Photos of your vehicle

We may take before-and-after photos and videos of the vehicle to share our work on this site and on social media. We hide license plates, and we never post your name or address without your permission. If you'd rather we didn't post your vehicle, just tell us.

Damage claims

We take care with every vehicle. If you believe we caused damage, please tell us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of the service, with photos, so we can look at it and make it right. To the fullest extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the cost of repairing damage we caused, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of use. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Using this website

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but it may contain mistakes or be out of date, and it does not create a contract until we confirm a booking with you. All photos, text and logos on the site belong to All-In-One Mobile Detail & Coatings LLC and may not be copied without our permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here on the day you book applies to that booking.
